we are the b.e.s.t.!--8.21.2015
Friday, August 21, 2015, beginning teachers (teachers who have been teaching between 0-3 years) and their mentors met together to prepare for the upcoming school year. In these photos, mentees collaborated with mentors and their peers to design the "perfect" teacher." After the "design time", the group sat down and talked about what qualities they would take with them into the coming school year and practical ways that they would embody these characteristics as the teacher-leaders in their classrooms.
